K & R | Allentown Micro-Wedding

K & R reached out to me looking for a photographer for their intimate wedding in April 2021. COVID had shifted their original wedding plan, and they were beyond ready to just do the darn thing and get married already. They decided to have an intimate wedding with just family to tie the knot and then celebrate with all their friends later that summer.

We started the day with a first look at Allentown Rose Gardens where R finally got to see his bride for the first time!

K & R first met at University of Delaware, and they got engaged on the beach in Avalon, NJ. We love a good beach proposal!

It was a cloudy afternoon, but all of the spring blossoms added beautiful pops of color to the garden! So so pretty!

They strolled around the gardens enjoying some time alone with each other before the ceremony, and they looked so good! So many people congratulated them as we were walking around.

After our stroll around the gardens K & R had a small ceremony at K’s church she used to go to with her family as a kid. They were so excited to finally get married, and I’m so grateful that I got to capture all of their happy moments!
